The facade will be made with 16 cm EPS insulation, the top layer in a shade of white. The driveway to the canopy will be asphalted, parking spaces will be on a reinforced concrete slab, sidewalks and the terrace will be paved with cobblestones, gravel will be laid around the house.

The plots measure between 252 and 345 m2, they are connected by a cascade, with well-kept greenery.
