External blinds of the flush-mounted design (except on the north side) are made with motor drive, also in gray color. The facade will be made with 20 cm insulation (EPS), the plinth, approx. 50 cm from the floor, at the level of the facade, made with waterproof insulation (XPS), the finishing layer in light two-tone shades. A glass canopy in front of the entrance. All communal infrastructure will be built and prepared for connection (electricity, water, sewerage) will be planned, i. e. wiring will be carried out between the facility and the measuring point or to the edge of the plot. The possibility of connection to telephony, cable-TV, fiber-glass. The facilities will be pre-prepared for solar power plants and electric vehicle charging stations.
The plots measure between 264 and 350 m2, they are completely flat, leveled, in the area of the terraces and the entrance there is gravel. Each terraced house has two parking spaces arranged next to the access road (not included in the price).
